The COVID-19 outbreak has brought sudden changes for many families with children. School closures, telecommuting, and social distancing guidelines leave many parents struggling to balance working at home and taking care of their children during the day.
Our clinicians have pulled together a few online resources that might help you during this time. We will update these links as folks in our clinic discover more resources. Special thanks to our resident, Zaheeda Virani, Psy.D. for compiling the initial list to get started, and to all who contribute each day.
